We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original Packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only – NO REFUNDS. You are entitled to an exchange for regular price merchandise within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. If the item is not in stock, you will receive store credit. Store credit lasts for 30 calendar days. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ONCE. Please email customer service before ordering with your store credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items used with any discount codes or on sale cannot be exchanged or receive store credit. To make a store credit return or exchange, please send an email to SUPPORT@KARIBBEINANNMARIEE.COM with: 
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason
 Note: Store Credit Return or Exchange Tracking number is REQUIRED in order to process store credit refund/exchanges.

Shipping fees must be paid by the customer, we are not liable for the payment. Shipping that was paid for within your first order is not valid in regards to your return.

Please be advised that the item must be returned back to us unused, unworn, unscratched / non damaged soles (footwear), in the original packaging including the tissue and box. Please note all exchanges or store credit returns have a 7-14 business day window for processing, once your item has been delivered to the address provided to you by customer service. All tracking numbers for the exchange or store credit return will be sent to your email automatically when processed. 

Please be advised that USPS or DHL are the only shipping methods that can be used for returns, due to their ability to deliver to P.O Boxes.

We are not held liable for any delays that may transpire when returning your items. We will not contact shipping couriers regarding shipping status of any item. This is the customers responsibility. If your return/exchange goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery stating it was delivered to our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, we will not be held liable.
