Shipping & Return Policy

Once your order is placed It can take up to 3 - 5  business days to process the shipment. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or text notification and your items will arrive based on the shipping category you choose at checkout. 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER 

Please be advised that your shipping and billing address is required to match in order for us process your order. In the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Once Karibbein Ann Mariee Fashion products have been shipped and leaves the delivery location it is the carriers (UPS, DHL etc.) responsibility and we are not held liable. This goes for natural occurrences, transfers of carriers, customs, delays and back end fees. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received your package contact the carrier.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been staged for shipping, no edits or cancellations can be made by our team. To monitor your inbound shipments, as well as change the address for your delivery via the shipping carrier, become a UPS My Choice Member. PAYMENT METHODS CANNOT BE ADJUSTED.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original Packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only – NO REFUNDS. You are entitled to an exchange for regular price merchandise within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. If the item is not in stock, you will receive store credit. Store credit lasts for 30 calendar days. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ONCE. Please email customer service before ordering with your store credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items used with any discount codes or on sale cannot be exchanged or receive store credit.

If your order arrives Defective or Damaged, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your product by providing clear photos of the damages to support@karibbeinannmariee.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES/RETURNS

At this moment we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

 

YOU MUST EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT RETURNS. NO REFUNDS

Shipping fees must be paid by the customer, we are not liable for the payment. Shipping that was paid for within your first order is not valid in regards to your return.

Please be advised that USPS or DHL are the only shipping methods that can be used for returns, due to their ability to deliver to P.O Boxes

Please note that delays may occur, and dates are only an estimate. However, we will be sure to email you if there are any delays.
Karibbein Ann Mariee Fashion is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you choose to preorder an item. 
We do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale. 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

When ordering pre-order items do not expect express or priority delivery. Items will ship with the chosen method once the item arrives at our shipping warehouse.
