I ordered a product that states 'pre-order' how long will it take to arrive ?
When we put our products on pre-order we will specify a specific date such as: 'Ships 15 December' or a range of weeks such as: 'Ships in 3 - 6 weeks'. If the product is delayed we will message you as soon as possible with an update.
Can I return my shoes ?
We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in original condition and packaging for Store Credit or Exchange. No Refunds. Items used with a discount code cannot be exchanged or returned. We will not accept products that have visible marks, scuffs or dirt on the bottom or inside of the shoe. REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS.
What if my package is stolen ?
We are not held responsible for any stolen packages. All of our packages require a signature before they are delivered. This helps minimize incidents such as stealing.
