Once your order is placed It can take up to 3 - 5 business days to process the shipment. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or text notification and your items will arrive based on the shipping category you choose at checkout. Please be advised that your shipping and billing address is required to match in order for us process your order. In the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Once Karibbein Ann Mariee Fashion products have been shipped and leaves the delivery location it is the carriers (UPS, DHL etc.) responsibility and we are not held liable. This goes for natural occurrences, transfers of carriers, customs, delays and back end fees. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received your package contact the carrier.

We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original Packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only – NO REFUNDS. You are entitled to an exchange for regular price merchandise within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. If the item is not in stock, you will receive store credit.
