We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original Packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only – NO REFUNDS. You are entitled to an exchange for regular price merchandise within 5 calendar days of receiving the item. If the item is not in stock, you will receive store credit. Store credit lasts for 10 calendar days only. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ONCE. Please email customer service before ordering with your store credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items used with any discount codes or on sale cannot be exchanged or receive store credit.
If your order arrives Defective or Damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your product by providing clear photos of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org.
