Once your order is placed It can take up to 3 - 5 business days to process the shipment. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or text notification and your items will arrive based on the shipping category you choose at checkout.
Once Karibbein Ann Mariee Fashion products have been shipped and leaves the delivery location it is the carriers (UPS, DHL etc.) responsibility and we are not held liable. This goes for natural occurrences, transfers of carriers, customs, delays and back end fees. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received your package contact the carrier.
Orders cannot be cancelled. However, adjustments can be made only for shoe size and shoe color (of the same style) within the first 3 hour window of your purchase, based on product availability. PAYMENT METHODS CANNOT BE ADJUSTED.
We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original Packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only – NO REFUNDS. You are entitled to an exchange for regular price merchandise within 5 calendar days of receiving the item. If the item is not in stock, you will receive store credit. Store credit lasts for 10 calendar days only. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ONCE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items used with any discount codes or on sale cannot be exchanged or receive store credit.
If your order arrives Defective or Damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your product by providing clear photos of the damages to email@example.com.
